Morzine is an excellent summer resort, set in beautiful surroundings the lively town is home to a wide range of shops and boutiques. The weekly market is a great place to sample local cheeses and charcuterie, or pick up a filet du cheval.
A ten minute walk from the chalet brings you to the water park, housing an olympic size swimming pool, children's pool, play area, volleyball, bar, restaurant and water slide. Perfect for those hot summer days!
Right next to the water park is the Palais de Sport with 15 hard and clay tennis courts and an indoor skating rink.
Morzine has the biggest mountain biking area in Europe with 380km of marked trails and 24 lifts to choose from. Pass through mountain hamlets, alongside lakes or lead into Switzerland and take in the fantastic views of Mont Blanc.
Other activities include mountain boarding, an adventure park, summer toboggan run, paragliding, horse riding, white water rafting, hydrospeeding, cantoning and rock climbing.
